"The megapod was amazing, lovely welcome from host Leighanne, who had added lots of extra special little touches providing a real home from home. Location brilliant to explore countryside and coasts of Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion. The view from the megapod is outstanding, overlooking the lake. The pod was absolutely spotless and clean, robust cleaning schedule made me feel very safe staying there. I will definitely be returning."

Time to sow the pumpkins!
We have been busy sowing our pumpkin seeds ready for selling to the local community in the autumn. The children love to get involved with sowing the seeds and watching them grow. It's a great opportunity to teach them about food production and sustainability. We sow the pumpkins in the garden just below the pod. Depending on the time of year our guests can enjoy a view of yellow flowers or try spotting the different colours and sizes of pumpkins peaking out amongst their giant leaves.

That's lambing season done for another year!
There's nothing more joyous than seeing lambs with a spring in their step
Its been a busy lambing season with all hands on deck this year. We've had five vet students on their placements and welcomed back friends of old. Our 6 year old daughter got her first chance at helping a ewe deliver her lamb and our three year old daughter was eager to ask when she would also get a turn- little farmers in the making!
We welcomed guests staying in the pod to come and have a cuddle and bottle feed the lambs which was thoroughly enjoyed. From the pod you can see the ewes and their lambs all dotted in the fields which brings so much joy.
